Company Introduction
Innovation has accomplished the sustainable development of the enterprises, through more than 30 years’ development of Shun Hing Industrial International Ltd.
The total number of employees has increased from more than 10 people to more than 400 people, including more than 100 engineering and technical personnel.
The company is mainly engaged in mold making, small household electrical appliances, auto parts, medical and electronic injection products.
Tooling
We are equipped to have enough foundation to develop automatic processing after we use Erowa system and process management system, following company industrial 4.0 direction, we have invested a set of Roders automatic processing centers. The production of large quantities of workpieces can be made more quickly and more accurately.
Plastic Injection
Plastic molding workshop was established with tooling division in 1994, our major works are precise injection and thin wall injection. Over 99% of the injection machines were imported from Japan. The accuracy of the injection stroke can reach 0.01mm, which is better than conventional injection machines.
Electronic Acoustic
EA division produces high end earphone for European client and company has invested in EA division to research bluetooth and WiFi product. In 2016, Shun Hing has cooperated with 2 overseas design house as strategic partner to make portable electronic product and provide a better service to our client.
In-mold Labeling (IML)
In-mold labeling refers to the process that firstly prints the layout on a plastic film and then molded with resin inside a mold, so as to get a final product with mechanical structure and printing done at once.
Shun Hing as an international enterprise will keep precision injection, molding, machining as the core business. We will also expand out technologies in order to maximize our ability to offer value added services and products to our customers.
We will establish our own products which include machines and workshop accessories. We also start to develop electronic products. All these coming developments and making use of our own facilities and raising our technologies to face the changing of the global village.
